Colorfall
Make a better match by mixing colors.
Drop color pairs into a well. Mixed groups clear sooner, but adding the third primary color makes mud.

Colorfall is a falling-block browser puzzle by IDBProductions. Pairs descend into a narrow well, where contact can change their color. Blue landing against red becomes purple; yellow against blue becomes green. You are choosing what a piece will become as well as where it fits.
The useful trick is to build a mixed group without adding the third primary color. Four connected mixed cells can clear, while a pure group needs six, and either group must spread across at least two columns. In our Classic round, holding a red pair let us drop yellow onto green instead. The green group cleared. Later, blue on orange produced mud and left an obstacle in the stack.
A dashed landing preview shows the expected result before a drop. Color symbols, group counters and a mixing guide on the pause screen help explain the board. The hold slot gives you a way to postpone an awkward pair. We reached level three and a 620-point result; repeat play also exposed a limitation, with the next round showing BEST 0. We cannot promise that best scores persist in this embedded build.
The official itch.io page records publication on October 2, 2026, and an October 6 update. It discloses AI assistance with code and offers Classic, Daily and Zen modes. Our assessment covers Classic only. The browser build opened without an account, although the separate download section says unavailable. This is an external game with no Attract Mode account connection.

Our check
· Desktop Chrome
October 11, 2026: we played Classic in desktop Chrome with left/right arrows, Space, C and P. We made green groups by dropping yellow against blue, cleared a purple group after moving a blue pair left, and saw blue on orange create mud. Hold changed the upcoming pair, pause displayed the mixing guide, and resume returned to the board. The first result screen recorded 620 points, level three, 27 pieces, five mud and 130 seconds.
Space started a fresh board. In the second round we moved pieces toward the right edge, saw the mud warning and another purple clear, and reached at least 80 points. Its final score was not captured. Another restart returned to an empty board. The next-round BEST display showed zero despite the earlier result, so saved best scores are not verified. Rotation did not visibly change a pair during our brief check. Daily, Zen, higher-level mixtures, mud removal, physical touch and controllers remain untested. Browser-driven input is not a human speed benchmark.
