Drop Duel is a free browser puzzle game from Attract Mode. Choose up, down, left or right and every movable block slides in that direction. Walls break up the routes, and matching blocks disappear when they meet. Moving one pair into place also moves everything else, so a useful turn can leave the next pair on the wrong side of an obstacle.
Solo practice gives you an untimed way to learn the board. Each puzzle has a move limit, with restart and skip controls close at hand. The six-by-six grid uses both colors and symbols to distinguish the blocks. The idea comes from Gravnic, the whole-board gravity mode in NES Puzznic, with original puzzle arrangements and presentation for this browser game.
For a race, create a room and share its code with a friend. Two players get the same puzzles and a 120-second clock. That makes the competition about reading the board and finding a sequence, rather than getting a luckier starting layout. You can begin with guest play and use the directional buttons without setting up an account.
Attract Mode built Drop Duel as an internal pilot for its browser game kit. It is a first-party game, not an independent developer endorsement. Guest practice is available now. Account connection and cloud progression are being validated separately, so this listing does not yet promise saved account progress or achievement tracking.
Before you jump in
- Controls
- Arrow keys or WASD to shift gravity; on-screen direction buttons also work. Restart resets the current puzzle; Skip moves to another puzzle.
- Devices
- Desktop Chrome guest practice checked. Phone gameplay and a full two-person online match were not covered by this catalog check.
Our check
· Desktop Chrome
We opened the live game in desktop Chrome and used the on-screen gravity controls in solo practice. One upward shift cleared four of the six blocks on the first board. Left and down moved the remaining pair, and Restart restored all six blocks and reset the move counter.
This was a short opening-puzzle check, not a completed set of puzzles or a two-player match. We did not sign in or claim that cloud saves, XP or achievements worked during this visit. Those account features have a separate pilot validation process.
