What’s the draw?

Petal Mews is a flower-pairing browser puzzle published by petalmewsgame. Pick two matching uncovered flowers and build the requested bouquet. The board has layers, so the pair on top can be the thing stopping you from reaching the flowers underneath.

There is also a water budget. Completing the requested orders while keeping water left earns stars and seeds, and the game offers garden decorations for earned seeds. Its published browser edition contains 24 levels and saves progress on the device you are using. Sound and reduced-motion settings are available from the game screen.

The itch.io release dates to September 18, 2026, followed by a September 22 post announcing an iPhone version. We checked the free browser edition. The early boards make a good introduction to the pairing, then raised tiles add a reason to think about the order of your moves. In the third garden, removing a marigold pair exposed the flowers below it rather than simply reducing a flat board.

Two gardens completed and local progress reopened in desktop Chrome. The browser build offers touch input; a physical phone has not been tested.

Our check

We completed the first two gardens with three stars each, earning 90 and then 100 seeds. The third garden introduced raised flowers; matching the marigolds removed that layer and exposed the tiles underneath.

Reloading the game kept our progress, including access to garden three and the 310-seed balance. That confirms local saving in this desktop Chrome session. We have not played the remaining gardens, bought decorations or tested cross-device saves. The developer describes browser progress as device-local.
